My own baseline was 5.0 in September. Four months later it was 9.3 - and a lab would still call that “normal.” Normal is common, not healthy.

My grandmother lost her toes to type 2 diabetes. Then she lost her life to it.

Me and my grandmother

For ten years I was sure I was next, and I guessed at the wrong problem. I thought I was prediabetic. I was watching the wrong number.

The number I should have been watching was fasting insulin. Mine was 9.3. For a lot of women this climbs slowly. Mine nearly doubled in four months. You do not know which kind you are unless you measure. Insulin is the early warning. No one told me to check it.

So I built a protocol and ran it on my own body. Ninety days. Every biomarker logged.

Fasting insulin: 9.3 3.3 µIU/mL. Body fat: 33.3 to 25.9 percent. A three-generation diabetic pattern, interrupted.

If it got past me, someone who reads everything, it can get past you. That’s why I publish the system and the proof. So you can run it. While running your life.

I’m a mom of two. I built this between school runs and dinner, because the elite version of longevity was never going to fit my life.

Why it fell, I can tell you two ways: what I did, and what I can prove. I did all of it - the food order, the timing, the walks, the supplements. What the numbers can prove is that it fell. The mechanism is the part I’d be guessing at, and this page doesn’t guess.
